Easy peasy coffee squeezy

We are resuming our journey with a coffee which is not really popular, that is Romano.

To be more precisely it is espresso Romano because it is an espresso served with lemon zest. Sometimes one end of zest is soaked in the coffee to accentuate the sweetness of the coffee.

The origin of the name of this coffee is not clear, but one thing is sure... it has nothing to do with Italy nor Rome. 

In the end, I will tell you an interesting fact about Romano coffee. It is believed that Romano coffee can be used as a cure for a hangover. Keep that in mind and before next weekend party, buy some lemon to prepare the Romano coffee the next morning.
