Where are you from?
As we are continuing out aromatic journey, we also have to stop by the less popular types of coffee. I'm talking about a marocchino.
Briefly, it is an espresso to which it is added cocoa powder and then a little bit of foamed milk. In some regions of Italy, the cocoa powder is replaced with thick hot cocoa. In Alba, they are adding Nutella to this coffee. Yum!
As the name suggests this coffee comes from... Italy (Alessandria, to be more precise)! Its name has nothing to do with the origin. Besides the type of coffee, marocchino is also used in leather industry as it is referring to the type of light brown leather. But there is also a connection between these two apart from the name itself. The colour. This coffee has the same hue as the mentioned leather.

This coffee is not very popular, but try finding it in local coffee shops!
May your coffee taste great!
