How to make it?
The most important thing is a vessel, precisely a cezve. It is a small pot with a long hand and a pouring lip traditionally made of brass or copper and designed to make a Turkish coffee. It is crucial because the narrow neck of this pot allows the foam to form without boiling the prepared beverage.

What about coffee? Every type of coffee is suitable for the preparation of Turkish coffee, only if it is freshly roasted and milled. It is boiled in a cezve, usually with sugar, and served in a small cup.

An interesting fact is that in 2013, the tradition of brewing and drinking coffee in Turkey was inscribed on the list of intangible UNESCO heritage because it is directly connected with Turkish tradition and it is not very popular nowadays.
