¡Viva el café!

We have already determined that coffee beverage comes from Italy, but many countries serve it in a way that is not known in the capital of pizza. Today we will move a little more west and visit Spain with its café bombón.

This type of coffee beverage is not really popular, but I am willing to try it as soon as possible. That is because café bombón is an espresso with sweetened condensed milk. Yum! 

I imagine that it can be quite hard to find it in a country other than Spain, but it won't be impossible. 

If your local cafeterias don't have it in its offer, you can make it yourself because the preparation is ridiculously simple.  All you have to do is pour sweetened condensed milk into a small glass (preferably transparent) and strong espresso. The espresso has to be poured slowly so the layers don't mix. Now you can enjoy your drink!
