Chocolate, choco, choco!

Who doesn't like chocolate? Who doesn't love coffee (I assume that you are one of those compulsive coffee drinkers if you're still reading these posts)? What will happen if we combine these two things together? Mocha will happen!

Mocha is one of the variations about cafe latte. It consists of an espresso with chocolate melted in it and a milk. The milk is not foamed, but instead whipped cream is put on the top and everything is sprinkled with cacao or cinnamon.
Generally, the dark of milk chocolate is used, but there is also a mocha with white chocolate in it. We can find it in the menu under the name of white mocha. But it is not the only one variation about this coffee. Of course, flavored chocolates influence the taste of it, but we can also drink zebra mocha which has two or more types of chocolates mixed.

The interesting fact is that we do not use chocolate in the bar. While preparing mocha, it is recommended to use chocolate powder or syrup.

Now we know how to make it and what it is, but why is it called mocha? The name comes from the name of the city Mocha in Yemen, from where coffee with the chocolate aroma was imported.

May your coffee taste great!
