Perfect imperfection?
Wait, what?! Can we talk or even think of imperfection while discussing the world of coffee? It is hard to imagine, but yes we can. Only when it comes to the name of the star of our next stop - macchiato.

Macchiato coffee is an espresso with a little bit of milk poured in. There is also latte macchiato which is one of the most popular types of coffee, but they are different in terms of proportions between coffee and milk. We will explain it later while focusing on latte macchiato.
Now, let's make clear why we can call it imperfect. The taste is stunning, but the imperfection is hidden in its name. The world macchiato in Italian means stained which refers to the process of making this coffee. We stain the espresso with the milk, so it is no longer "perfect". Quite easy and logical.
As it was announced, the next guest of our show is latte macchiato.
May your coffee taste great!
