Baby, it's cold outside...

The next stop is more classic than the previous one and one more time we are focusing on the coffee only for adults. It is my pleasure to present you Corretto!

When it comes to alcohol coffee we know Irish coffee so far. Corretto is his brother from Italy (we all remember the shock that there are coffee beverages from the outside of Italy) and it is an espresso with a small amount of alcohol. And it is literally a small amount of alcohol because, in classic Corretto, it is added just a few drops of liquor

Italians often use grappa, but we can also use brandy, cognac or whiskey. In many cafeterias, the alcohol is served in a separate vessel so we can pour as much alcohol as we want. 

Before we move on to the next coffee, we have to discover the least thing about this coffee - the origin of the name! Corretto means corrected in Italian so we can assume that the espresso can be corrected with a little bit of alcohol to be even more perfect!

Remember about Corretto coffee during the upcoming winter season, it is perfect when it's cold outside!
